For the assembly portion of the project, the plant would use an existing Title V air permit and has submitted a Title V renewal application which is currently under review by… The project would not result in an increase of air emissions, but the application includes a slight modification to consolidate flexible permit requirements (the facility will be required to meet 2 emissions criteria instead of up to 6 criteria per unit, thereby providing flexibility in plant operations to meet the emission limits). The project would utilize existing water and waste permits. No other new environmental permits or modifications would be required.
