The proposed action is to characterize and disposition of the shredder equipment that was used on the Kerr Hollow Quarry Project. The Kerr Hollow Quarry project consisted of using a remotely operated pontoon barge equipped with a crane and a heavy lift grapple, working in conjunction with a submersible drone, to lift items from the bottom of the quarry and place them into this underwater shredder.
