The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) proposes to provide financial assistance to a Collegiate Consortium consisting of team members from Historically Black Colleges and Universities collaborating with DOE National Laboratories for planning, mentoring, professional development and hands-on experience related to increasing the number of graduates with science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) degrees.
