This Environmental Assessment (EA) evaluates U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) activities associated with proposed future development on the South Federal Campus of the DOE Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) Site, in Benton County, Washington. The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is a multi-program U.S. Department of Energy-Office of Science (DOE-SC) national laboratory conducting research to meet DOE strategic objectives. To enable continued research support, DOE-SC is proposing to construct new facilities and infrastructure and/or add to current facilities and infrastructure on the DOE PNNL Site.
