This report provides a Status of the Implementation of Integrated Safety Management at the Department of Energy (DOE) for calendar year 2007. The report was developed by the DOE Office of Health Safety and Security's (HSS) Office of Independent Oversight based largely on six inspections of DOE site environment, safety and health programs conducted in calendar year 2007. The report also incorporated information from other Independent Oversight summary reports, as well as information developed by other HSS offices, such as performance trends
