This report provides the results of a Special Review of Construction Safety and Health Programs at Department of Energy (DOE) sites. This special review is based on data collected from late 2005 to early 2008 during scheduled inspections performed by the DOE Office of Independent Oversight’s Office of Environment, Safety and Health Evaluations at nine DOE sites.
