The U.S. DOE is proposing to provide federal funding to Vermont Sustainable Jobs Fund. Vermont Sustainable Jobs Fund is proposing to provide a portion of the federal funding to Vermont Technical College to partially fund the construction of a biomass agricultural waste anaerobic digester facility with a 375 kilowatt combined heat and power generator.
