The Department of Energy is proposing to provide federal funding to Monroe County, New York to construct and operate a 3.3 megawatt gas-topower facility (Phase 2 facility) located adjacent to the existing 6.4 megawatt gas-to-power facility (Phase 1 facility) at the Mill Seat landfill (310 Brew Road, Bergen, New York 14416).
