Houston-Galveston Area Council (HGAC) is working with Total Transportation Services, Inc. to demonstrate 20 zero emission Class 8 hydrogen fuel-cell electric hybrid trucks at the Port of Houston (POH) to measure and demonstrate cost-effectiveness and emissions.
