1) Funding for an energy program coordinator position and other part-time staff to assist with development of the County’s Energy Management Strategic Plan, 2) community energy efficiency initiative to support the Local Energy Alliance Program, and 3) implementing projects included in the county’s energy management plan which includes: installation of green roof on county building, purchase energy management software, conduct solar photovoltaic feasibility study, install a solar thermal system in two fire stations, and retrofit parking lot lights at county facilities OR replace an old builder in the building.
