1) Financial incentive program—Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program to offer low-interest financing to property owners (residential and small businesses) for renewable energy and/or energy savings improvements; commercial energy revolving loan program; energy audits of small commercial buildings and provide matching funds to implement efficiency upgrades; and community awareness and education, 2) Light-emitting diode (LED) streetlight retrofits, and 3) solar hot water and install an approximately 8 kilowatt solar photovoltaic system on the roof of Fire Station #6.
