The proposed action is to remove of the californium shuffler and segmented gamma scanner and transfer it to Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). The equipment is sitting dormant and has no defined future use at Y-12 so we are transferring it to ORNL for their future use as a non-destructive analysis equipment.
