Bonneville Power Administration has agreed to release its conservation easement of approximately 4,543 acres, in exchange for a conservation easement on approximately 4,427 Bureau of Land Management acres to be transferred to the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs and become part of the Pine Creek Conservation Area.
