Construction to remove old carpet and cove base. Paint the exterior walls and any other walls/office areas identified in 730-1B, 2nd Floor. Revision 1 is necessary to include the new work scope involving renovations to rooms 221, 222, 223, 224, 225, 226, and 227 on the 2nd floor of 730-1B as part of the D and R phase of the project. Revision 2 is necessary to include the new work scope involving the "rebuild" phase of this project. Building 730-1B will have 2nd floor renovations. These renovations include demolition and renovations for office space.
