LM is proposing to conduct long term surveillance and maintenance actions at the Shirley Basin South, Wyoming, Disposal Site that includes inspections and routine monitoring, and maintenance. These proposed actions satisfy requirements of the Long-Term Surveillance Plan for the U.S. Department of Energy Shirley Basin South (UMTRCA Title II) Disposal Site, Carbon County, WY (DOE-LM/GJ766-2004) and fulfill general license requirements of Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations Part 40.28 which identifies LM as the long-term custodian of the site.
