The subcontractor shall furnish all materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, facilities, labor, supervision and services required for adding two (2) 10-inch new pressure reducing valves (PRVs) downstream of the fire pump and outside of the pump house along with a new 3-inch pressure relief valve downstream of the pressure reducing valves, removing three (3) process relief valves (PSVs) on fire pumps, replacing one (one) PSV with a nationally recognized testing laboratory (NTRL) on the diesel pump, BCP-604.
