Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to replace Lookout Point-Alvey No. 2 structure 15/10, which is located on private property in Lane County, Oregon. This project would replace the structure in kind, which would be done by pulling the existing poles out of the ground, auguring the existing holes and placing a new pole in the ground.
