Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to rebuild about 9.5 miles of the Alderwood Tap section of the existing Eugene - Alderwood 115-kV transmission line. The project would extend from structure 9/6 through 19/4 at the Alderwood Substation which is owned and operated by Blachly Lane Electric CO-OP (BLEC).
