The subcontractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, consumables, services, transportation, storage, and supervision required for replacing the BMT-25, an 8000-gallon aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) tank, equipment, piping, electronics with a new sized tank. A new building (BLDG 206) that will house the new sized tank, pump, electronics, and fire detection/sprinklers will be constructed.
