John Addison began his career with an internship at Shell Exploration & Production Co. in New Orleans, where he worked as a junior reservoir engineer for the Mars group – the most recognizable Gulf Coast production site. After graduating, he joined Enron Corp., where he stayed until the company's collapse in December 2001.
In 2002, he joined Shell Trading US Co., initially serving in Risk Controls managing traders daily profit & loss and positions before quickly transitioning to a trading role. During a period of three years at Shell, Addison held six positions as he ascended positions in an almost regular path every six months.
In 2005, Addison was hired by Glencore to lead its Gulf Coast blending and trading business in Stamford, CT. During his four-year tenure, he emerged as one of the company’s top global traders, successfully navigating significant market events such as Hurricanes Katrina & Rita in 2005 and Ike & Gustav in 2007. Addison traded successfully through the US move exiting MTBE blended RFG to a 10% ethanol gasoline grade blending RBOB. Trading two NYMEX (CME) listed grades of gasoline was a unique once in a lifetime opportunity Addison took advantage of over this time period.
From 2009 to 2026, Addison was with Vitol, where he has become the globally recognized leader in gasoline trading. His expertise and leadership have consistently driven profitability in Vitol’s U.S. office, where he has expertly managed major global events, including Hurricane Isaac, Superstorm Sandy, the COVID-19 pandemic, the Saudi-Russian price war, the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the OPEC+ stranglehold on the market, and multiple SPR release and re-fills along with many other US and global transformational events. Addison was part of the Americas management team since 2013, additionally holding roles in the Trader’s Committee, a global team of the firm’s top traders and originators, and as the co-head of the Global Trading Initiative a similar group in later years. Addison continued in his original leadership role as co-head of trading in the Americas running refined products.

Eimear P. Bonner is chief financial officer for Chevron Corporation, a position she assumed in 2024. She is responsible for audit, controller, investor relations, tax and treasury activities worldwide.
Previously, Bonner served as president of the Chevron Technical Center and chief technology officer. There, she led development of enterprise technology strategy; provided technical expertise to support its global operations; and advanced innovative technologies and digital solutions for the current and future energy system.
Prior roles include serving as the general director of Chevron’s joint venture, Tengizchevroil (TCO), in Kazakhstan; general manager of operations in TCO; general manager strategy for the corporation in the United States; asset management and planning leadership roles in Thailand and Kazakhstan; and engineering, operations and subsurface technical roles in the United Kingdom. She began her career working offshore as a petroleum engineer in the United Kingdom in 1998.
Bonner received her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Queen’s University Belfast, and her master’s degrees in advanced chemical engineering and petroleum engineering from Imperial College, London.

Cody Campbell is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Double Eagle Energy Holdings, an upstream E&P company headquartered in Fort Worth, TX. Over the last decade, Double Eagle has been one of the most active participants in the Permian Basin, assembling hundreds of thousands of acres and completing billions of dollars in transactions.
Additionally, in April 2025, Campbell was named chairman of the Texas Tech University System Board of Regents, following a unanimous vote. Campbell had been a Texas Tech University System Board of Regents member since 2021, when he was appointed to the role by Texas Governor Greg Abbott. He is also the co-founder and board member of the Matador Club, an NIL collective supporting Texas Tech Athletics. Previously, Campbell served on the Rawls College Advisory Council from 2011–2014 and was named a Rawls College Distinguished Alumnus in 2019.
A former collegiate athlete, Campbell was a four-year letterman on the offensive line for the Texas Tech football team from 2001–2004, earning multiple All-Big 12 and Academic All-Big 12 honors. Campbell graduated with honors from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in finance and economics and a master’s degree in finance. A fourth-generation Red Raider, he comes from a long line of Texas Tech graduates, including both parents, his grandmother, and his great-grandfather, who was a member of TTU’s first class in 1925–26. He played in the Hula Bowl and Gridiron Classic all-star games before spending two seasons (2005–2006) with the Indianapolis Colts.
Campbell’s long-held commitment to Texas Tech’s collegiate athletics department has resulted in several best-in-class young athletes pursuing their chosen sport at the school. In December 2025, the Red Raider football team won the Big 12 Conference Championship.
Campbell is the founder of Saving College Sports, a 501(c)(4) organization dedicated to promoting public policies that protect opportunities for all collegiate student athletes. Campbell’s work to overhaul and repair the flawed economic structure of college sports in America has created a national conversation. He has been featured in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, ESPN, Sports Business Journal, CBS Sports, and the Dallas Morning News, among others. Campbell has also spoken publicly about his plan for Saving College Sports, most recently to popular sports personality Pat McAfee on “The Pat McAfee Show.”
Campbell holds numerous honors, including his recent appointment to serve on President Donald Trump’s Council on Sports, Nutrition and Fitness.

Joe Craft is Chairman, President and CEO of Alliance Resource Partners, LP, a diversified natural resource company headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Alliance Resource Partners, LP (ARLP/Alliance) is the second largest coal producer in the eastern United States, operates mining complexes in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, and West Virginia, and sells coal principally to major domestic and international utilities and industrial users. Alliance also generates income from mineral interests it owns in premier oil and gas producing regions, primarily the Permian, Anadarko, Williston, and Appalachian basins. In addition, ARLP is positioning itself as an energy provider for the future by leveraging its core technology business and operating competencies to make strategic investments that support the advancement of safety products, energy reliability, and related infrastructure.
A native of Hazard, Kentucky, Mr. Craft holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Kentucky. He is also a graduate of the Senior Executive Program of the Alfred P. Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Throughout his career, Mr. Craft has served in many industry and community leadership positions and currently serves as a member of the National Coal Council and as director of BOK Financial Corporation, America’s Power, and the National Mining Association. A champion of free enterprise, he has pledged to give the vast majority of his resources to philanthropic causes and charitable endeavors targeted to people and organizations that embrace individual responsibility and economic freedom.

Alex Cranberg is Chairman of Aspect Holdings, LLC. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Austin in 1977 with a BS in Petroleum Engineering and received an MBA from Standford University in 1981.
After leading General Atlantic Partners’ oil and gas investment activity from 1980-1992, Cranberg founded Aspect Energy. Aspect has drilled over 700 exploration wells and made numerous oil and gas discoveries in Texas. And Louisiana, Belize, Peru, Hungary, and Kurdistan. Aspect applies its exploration expertise as well for the discovery and development of helium and geothermal resources. Aspect has founded numerous venture technology-driven oil field service companies, the leading U.S. potash producer, a wind power developer and a prominent firm in the cancer drug discovery space.
Cranberg was named to the Rocky Mountain Oil and Gas Hall of Fame in 2010 and was named a Distinguished Alumnus of the Department of Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering in the Cockrell School of Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin in November 2016.
Cranberg served on the University of Tex System Board of Regents for 6 years until 2017. While on the Board of Regents he served as the founding Chair of UT System Lands Advisory Board which oversees the System’s vast West Texas oil and land holdings. He also served as Chairman of the Health Affairs Committee of the Board.
Cranberg has been active in education, philanthropy, governance, and policy advocacy. He founded the Alliance of Choice in Education, which has provided over $100 million in scholarship support for the from low-income families to attend private K-12 schools. Cranberg created and funded the Horace Mann Scholarship Challenge, whereby he committed to fund the college education of the 600 attendees of the public inner city Horace Mann Middle Schools. He also has served on various boards of the national school choice organizations, Alliance for School Choice, and on the Board of Trustees of Metropolitan State College of Denver.

William J. "Bill" Fehrman is chairman of the Board, president, and CEO of American Electric Power.
Prior to joining AEP, Fehrman was president and chief executive officer of Centuri Holdings Inc. and successfully helped launch Centuri as a public company, while leading their efforts to partner with regulated utilities to build, modernize and maintain energy infrastructure.
From 2018 to 2023, he served as president, chief executive officer and director of utility holding company Berkshire Hathaway Energy (BHE), a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. BHE serves more than 12 million customers throughout the United States, Great Britain and Alberta, Canada. In this role, Fehrman drove significant financial growth and customer service improvement.
From 2007 to 2018, Bill served as president and chief executive officer of MidAmerican Energy Company (MEC). He has held multiple executive leadership roles over the course of his career, including president and chief executive officer of Berkshire Hathaway Energy Renewables, president and chief executive officer of PacifiCorp Energy and president and chief executive officer of Nebraska Public Power District.
Fehrman received his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Nebraska and a master's degree in business administration from Regis University.
Fehrman currently serves on the Boards of American Electric Power, Columbus Downtown Development Corporation, The Columbus Partnership, Edison Electric Institute, Nuclear Energy Institute, and Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited. In 2025, Fehrman was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Energy to serve on the National Coal Council.

Jack Fusco has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since May 2016 and as a director since June 2016. In addition, Mr. Fusco serves as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cheniere Energy Partners GP, LLC (“Cheniere Partners GP”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Cheniere Energy, Inc. (“Cheniere”) and the general partner of Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P., a publicly traded limited partnership that operates the Sabine Pass LNG terminal. Mr. Fusco is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of Sabine Pass LNG, L.P. and Chief Executive Officer of Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC.
Mr. Fusco was awarded Chief Executive of the Year at the 2025 Platts Global Energy Awards. He has been named Extel’s Best CEO in the Natural Gas and MLP sector five times, most recently in 2025. Additionally, Mr. Fusco received recognition as Best CEO in the electric industry in 2012, as ranked by all industry analysts, and for Best Investor Relations by a CEO or Chairman among all mid-cap companies by IR Magazine in 2013.
Under Mr. Fusco’s leadership, Cheniere has grown to become the largest producer and exporter of liquefied natural gas in the United States and a global energy leader, supplying approximately 10% of the world’s LNG and exporting more than 4,500 cargoes to 45 markets since 2016. During this time, Cheniere has established itself as an undisputed industry leader in safety, reliability, financial discipline and environmental stewardship – a company with an enviable track record of operational excellence and financial results that is well positioned for the future.
Mr. Fusco served as Chief Executive Officer of Calpine Corporation (“Calpine”) from August 2008 to May 2014 and as Executive Chairman of Calpine from May 2014 through May 11, 2016. Mr. Fusco served as a member of Calpine’s board of directors from August 2008 until March 2018, when the sale of Calpine to an affiliate of Energy Capital Partners and a consortium of other investors was completed. Mr. Fusco was recruited by Calpine’s key shareholders in 2008, just as that company was emerging from bankruptcy. Calpine became America’s largest generator of electricity from natural gas, safely and reliably meeting the needs of an economy that demands cleaner, more fuel-efficient and dependable sources of electricity. As Chief Executive Officer of Calpine, Mr. Fusco managed a team of approximately 2,300 employees and led one of the largest purchasers of natural gas in America, a successful developer of new gas-fired power generation facilities and a company that prudently managed the inherent commodity trading and balance sheet risks associated with being a merchant power producer.
Mr. Fusco’s career of over 40 years in the energy industry began with his employment at Pacific Gas & Electric Company upon graduation from California State University, Sacramento, with a Bachelor of
Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1984. He joined Goldman Sachs 13 years later as a Vice President with responsibility for commodity trading and marketing of wholesale electricity, a role that led to the creation of Orion Power Holdings, an independent power producer Mr. Fusco helped found with backing from Goldman Sachs, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1998-2002. In 2004, he was asked to serve as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Texas Genco LLC by a group of private institutional investors and successfully managed the transition of that business from a subsidiary of a regulated utility to a strong and profitable independent company, generating a more than five-fold return for shareholders upon its merger with NRG in 2006. Mr. Fusco serves on the board of the American-Italian Cancer Foundation, the Greater Houston Partnership and the Houston Police Foundation.
Mr. Fusco has been married to his wife, Kristin, for over 35 years, and they have three sons and two grandsons.

In collaboration with Co-Chief Executive Officer David Robey, Tag oversees all aspects of QTS in service to its people, customers and communities. He brings 25 years of industry experience driving business growth and value creation and developing deep customer relationships. Tag is recognized for his business acumen, strategic mindset and visionary leadership.
Tag joined QTS in 2011 and most recently served as Chief Growth Officer, leading all external activities, customer engagement and European expansion. Prior to QTS, he was the Executive Vice President for Current Analysis, Inc. and Vice President of Global Services at Savvis Communications, Inc.
He has a storied background in public service. Tag served in both the United States Army and the Virginia Army National Guard. In 2009, Tag was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates and served in the role for eight years. During his tenure, he was appointed to the House committees on Appropriations, Education, Finance, and Science and Technology and was selected as one of eight conferees responsible for negotiating the Commonwealth’s budget. In this role, Tag consistently balanced the state’s budget with a focus on both strategic growth, contingency planning, and problem solving.
As a veteran, he is committed to championing military support organizations, including Stop Soldier Suicide. Tag serves as the Vice Chair of E3: Elevate Early Education, an organization that creates innovative initiatives to give children access to high-quality education for their first eight years. He is also dedicated to advocating for kids with autism spectrum disorder.
He earned an M.B.A. from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science degree in systems engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Fisk Johnson is the Chairman and CEO of SC Johnson, a global consumer and household products company headquartered in Racine, Wisconsin. Fisk Johnson joined SC Johnson in 1987 and was appointed CEO in 2004.
Fisk has been privileged to serve on two previous federal advisory committees — as a member of the U.S. President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology from 2019 to 2021 and as a member of the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative's Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations from 2002 to 2010 and again from 2011 to 2015. He has also served on various Board of Directors, including The Consumer Goods Forum, Conservation International and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development.
In addition to more than 39 years of global business experience, Fisk has over 30 years of experience as managing director of a private technology-oriented venture capital business.
Fisk holds a Ph.D. in Physics, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Physics, a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Physics, all from Cornell University. He served on the Cornell University Board of Trustees from 1993 to 2001 and is now a Trustee Emeritus and Presidential Counselor. He has also served on the University of Chicago's Physical Sciences Division Council since 1996.
Fisk and SC Johnson have received numerous awards for environmental and social leadership, including the Presidential Green Chemistry Award, the Environmental Protection Agency's Lifetime Atmospheric Achievement Award, Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy's Force for Good Award, the World Environment Center's Gold Medal Award for International Corporate Achievement in Sustainable Development, the International Leadership Award from the U.S. Council for International Business, the 2023 Leadership for a Better World Award from the United Nations Foundation in recognition of his work to create a more sustainable world, and two honorary doctorates, among many others.
Fisk is a devoted father who enjoys spending a great deal of time with his daughter. He's an accomplished pilot with more than 2,000 hours of glider, seaplane, instrument, multi-engine, and C550-type ratings. He is also an avid scuba diver and enjoys many outdoor sports.

Doug Kimmelman is Executive Chairman and Founder of ECP having established the firm in 2005. ECP merged with Bridgepoint in 2024 and is now listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Prior to founding ECP, Kimmelman spent 22 years with Goldman Sachs exclusively focused on the energy and utility sectors. He was named a General Partner of the firm in 1996. Mr. Kimmelman played a leadership role at Goldman Sachs in building a principal investing business in power generation and related energy assets. Kimmelman received a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
ECP/Bridgepoint has approximately $90bn of capital under management as one of the largest energy infrastructure investors in the U.S., and largest private owner of power generation having completed projects in all 50 states. ECP has led projects across natural gas, coal and nuclear power generation as well as renewable power and battery storage. Across ECP’s environmental infrastructure portfolio, they have invested in carbon capture, renewable fuels, waste to energy, recycling, and energy efficiency projects. ECP has 106 employees with offices in Summit, NJ, New York, San Diego, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Seoul, Sydney, Abu Dhabi and London.
Philanthropically, Kimmelman, alongside his four children, is developing Lulu’s Place, one of the largest non-profit community academic and athletic centers in the country in Los Angeles in honor of his late wife. He is partnering on the project with Tiger Woods's charitable foundation and the USTA.

Steven E. Koonin is the Edward Teller Fellow at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution. Before joining Stanford in 2024, he was a professor at New York University, with appointments in the Stern School of Business, the Tandon School of Engineering, and the Department of Physics. He founded NYU’s Center for Urban Science and Progress, which focuses research and education on the acquisition, integration, and analysis of big data for big cities.
Prior to his time at NYU, Koonin served as undersecretary for science in the US Department of Energy under President Obama from 2009 to 2011, where his portfolio included the climate research program and energy technology strategy. He was the lead author of the US Department of Energy’s Strategic Plan (2011) and the inaugural Department of Energy Quadrennial Technology Review (2011). Before joining the government, Koonin spent five years as chief scientist for BP, researching renewable energy options to move the company “beyond petroleum.”
For almost 30 years, Koonin was a professor of theoretical physics at Caltech. He also served for nine years as Caltech’s vice president and provost, facilitating the research of more than 300 scientists and engineers and catalyzing the development of the world’s largest optical telescope, as well as guiding research initiatives in computational science, bioengineering, and the biological sciences.
Koonin is a member of the National Academy of Sciences. His other memberships include the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and JASON, a group of scientists who solve technical problems for the US government; he served as JASON’s chair for six years. He chaired the National Academies’ Divisional Committee for Engineering and Physical Sciences from 2014 to 2019 and was a trustee of the Institute for Defense Analyses from 2014‒24. He is currently an independent governor of the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and has served in similar roles for the Los Alamos, Sandia, Brookhaven, and Argonne national laboratories.
Mr. Koonin has a BS in physics from Caltech and a PhD in theoretical physics from MIT.

Maryann Mannen is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Marathon Petroleum Corporation. She is also Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of MPLX GP LLC.
Ms. Mannen was named Chairman in 2026. She was named President of Marathon Petroleum Corporation in January 2024 and Chief Executive Officer in August 2024. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Marathon Petroleum Corporation since 2021.
Prior to joining Marathon Petroleum Corporation in 2021, Ms. Mannen served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TechnipFMC, a leading global engineering services and energy technology company incorporated in the United Kingdom and headquartered in Paris and Houston.
From 2011 to 2017, she was Chief Financial Officer at FMC Technologies, prior to its merger with Technip SA, which Ms. Mannen played a key role in negotiating and executing. Before that, she served as the company's Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 2010 to 2011 and Vice President of Administration from 2007 to 2010. Prior to joining FMC Technologies in 1986, Ms. Mannen was Finance Manager for Sheller-Globe Corporation.
Ms. Mannen holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from Rider University.
Ms. Mannen serves as Chairman of the American Petroleum Institute (API), on the executive committee of American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM) and as a member of the National Petroleum Council – Committee on Future Energy System, Cochairs’ Coordinating Committee. She is on the executive committee of the Ohio Business Roundtable and a member of The Business Council. Ms. Mannen is a member of the Prudential Financial board of directors, where she serves on the board’s corporate governance and business ethics committee and compensation and human capital committee. She also serves as Secretary of the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion board of directors and is a member of its executive and finance committees. Ms. Mannen previously served on the board of directors of Owens Corning.

Over three decades, the Honorable Lucian Niemeyer has served in the White House, the Pentagon, and in Congress providing budget, policy, and management leadership for U.S. national security programs. In 2017, Lucian was nominated by President Trump, confirmed by the U.S. Senate, and served as an Assistant Secretary of Defense managing the world’s largest real property portfolio valued at a trillion dollars. Lucian also led the Department’s energy and environmental portfolio. Lucian also served as an Assistant Secretary of the Navy, and in the Office of Management and Budget at the White House in 2020-21 overseeing national security, nuclear, and intelligence programs for the current Director, Russ Vought.
From 2003 to 2014, he served on the professional staff of the United States Senate Committee on Armed Services responsible for legislative and budget oversight over a wide portfolio of national security programs. He also led portfolios for readiness, defense energy, Air Force, and Navy acquisition programs as well as DOD budgets.
Continuing his commitment to public service, Lucian currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Building Cyber Security, a private sector, non-profit organization enhancing global safety through the development of cyber security protections for intelligent technologies, buildings and communities. In this role, he applies his expertise and experience to the nexus of facilities, real estate, and technology to mitigate the risk and impacts to society from the growing threat of cyber incidents.
He also serves as a co-founding director for the non-profit organization, United Coalition for Advanced Nuclear Power (UCAN Power) promoting the use of nuclear reactors for national security and commercial use.
Lucian also provides strategic advisory services for economic and business development to public and private clients. He currently leads initiatives to expand maritime industrial and shipyard capacity, to develop large scale energy and data center campuses, to enhance fuels resilience, and to accelerate design/construction processes using artificial intelligence/virtual twins. Lucian serves on numerous corporate boards providing national security expertise for rapid acquisition of emerging technologies.
Lucian is an Air Force veteran with 21 years of active and Virginia Air National Guard service. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University, and a Master of National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. He is a Fellow in the Society of American Military Engineers, An inductee in the National Academy of Construction, an Honorary Seabee, and actively promotes Standards of Care for cyber safety in the engineering profession in national forums.
Lucian is an active speaker on the national stage for energy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence infrastructure development in the U.S.

Michael Polsky is a visionary entrepreneur, business leader, and energy industry pioneer whose work has defined the global energy landscape. He is the founder and Executive Chairman of Invenergy, North America’s largest independent power producer and energy infrastructure innovator. Under Polsky’s leadership, Invenergy developed over 220 projects, with a combined capacity of more than 38 gigawatts over the last 25 years. Driven by Polsky’s pragmatic and results-focused vision, Invenergy has become synonymous with growth and innovation.
An engineer by training, Polsky’s career spans over 45 years and almost every form of energy. Beginning with coal, he worked in oil, nuclear, and natural gas power generation before founding and building two successful independent power companies, which developed cogeneration and gas plants. In 2001, Polsky founded his third company, Invenergy, playing a critical role in the global expansion of power generation at scale.
Polsky’s passion for entrepreneurship and energy innovation is also reflected in his philanthropy. With a groundbreaking gift in 2025, Polsky established the World Resources Institute Polsky Center for the Global Energy Transition and the Polsky Energy Transition Leadership Academy at the University of Chicago, both of which are developing practical solutions to address the world’s most urgent and critical energy challenges. He also endowed the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Chicago, where he serves as a Trustee Emeritus.
Polsky has received widespread recognition for his impact and contributions, including the 2026 Forbes 250 Greatest Self-Made Americans and the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Award.
Polsky holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Mike Rowe is an Emmy Award–winning television host, producer, narrator, and the CEO of the mikeroweWORKS Foundation, which has awarded millions in work‑ethic scholarships supporting the skilled trades. He is best known as the creator and host of Dirty Jobs and has narrated programs such as How the Universe Works, Deadliest Catch, and more. Rowe began his career in the performing arts before entering television in the 1990s. His podcast, The Way I Heard It, has hundreds of millions of downloads. He is known nationally for his advocacy for vocational education and workforce development, including testimony before Congress.

J. Clay Sell has served as Chief Executive Officer of X-energy since January 2019 and has led the company through a period of dramatic transformation and growth in product development investment, U.S. government funding awards, private capital raised, and customer commitments. Mr. Sell has deep professional expertise across many sectors of the international and U.S. energy industry developed through his service in senior level positions in the private sector and government.
From 2008-2018, Sell was the president of Hunt Energy Horizons, LLC, the renewable energy subsidiary of Hunt Consolidated, Inc., a multinational energy, real estate, and investment corporation controlled by the Ray L. Hunt family of Dallas. Previously, he held positions for 14 years in the U.S. government, as Deputy Secretary of Energy in the George W. Bush Administration from 2005-2008, as a Special Assistant to the President from 2003-2005, and in senior staff positions in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives.
Sell holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law and a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
George Solich has over forty years of oil and gas industry experience in the domestic and international upstream and midstream E&P business. He received a BS degree from University of Colorado in 1983 and a MS degree from University of Colorado-Denver in 1991.
Solich began his career as a Petroleum Landman with Apache Corporation in 1984. In 1997, Solich accepted the position of VP, Acquisitions and Divestitures with HS Resources, Inc. where he coordinated over $500 million in transactions in three years. In 2000, Solich formed Cordillera Energy Partners and coordinated the successful sale of the company to Patina Oil & Gas Corporation for $245 million in 2003. In 2004, he formed Cordillera Energy Partners II and sold it in 2008 for $1.025 billion.
In 2013, Solich launched his fourth enterprise, FourPoint Energy, a private exploration and production company, based in Denver, CO. With his team, Solich decided to enter the minerals space and launched another venture, LongPoint Minerals, in 2016 focusing on the acquisition of mineral and royalty interests. Beginning in 2022, FourPoint Energy re-entered the greater Permian Basin and formed a $350 million DrillCo with QL Capital Corporation to drill standard and long lateral wells in the prolific Midland Basin. In 2024, Solich and his Management team formed FourPoint Resources. Together with partners Quantum Capital Group and Kayne Anderson, they purchased Ovintiv’s Uinta Basin position in Central Utah for $2 billion. FourPoint Resources is actively developing its inventory-rich asset base through a robust drilling program across its consolidated 135,000-acre position.
Solich served on the Board of Directors of Western Energy Alliance (formerly IPAMS) from 1998 to 2012 and on the Executive Committee from 2002 to 2013. He served as president in 2009 and 2010 and was honored as the 2023 Wildcatter of the Year. In 2013 Solich was inducted into the All-American Wildcatters and served as Chairman in 2023. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the J.P. Morgan Center for Commodities at University of Colorado at Denver, the Board of Trustees of ACE Scholarships, the Board of Ambassadors of Colorado UpLift, and the Board of Directors of the Western Golf Association/Evans Scholars Foundation. In October of 2018, Solich became President and Chairman of the Board of Castle Pines Golf Club succeeding Jack Vickers. In 2024 Solich was inducted into the Colorado Golf Hall of Fame and in 2026 was honored as a Colorado Business Hall of Fame Laureate.

Under his leadership, GE Vernova has cultivated a culture of Lean to accelerate operational and financial performance while investing in the breakthrough technologies needed for a more sustainable and prosperous future for all.
Mr. Strazik has more than 20 years of leadership, finance, and operations experience. He was named CEO of GE’s Gas Power business in 2018 and expanded his role to leading the GE Power businesses in 2021. There, he led the team that executed the turnaround of Gas Power and oversaw the launch and global scaling of the HA gas turbine platform—one of the company’s most commercially successful product introductions. Prior to joining GE’s Power businesses, he served for two years as CFO of GE Aviation’s Commercial Engine Operations organization.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University, as well as a master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs with a focus on Economics and Public Policy.

Vladimir Troy is Vice President (VP) of AI Infrastructure at NVIDIA, based in Santa Clara, California. He leads the company's DSX platform — the full-stack AI factory system that spans planning, simulation, power management, and digital twin operations for hyperscale and enterprise AI deployments worldwide. Architect of the NVIDIA DSX strategy, Mr. Troy oversees a portfolio that spans DSX Air (cloud-based AI factory simulation), DSX Max-Q (performance-per-watt optimization), DSX Flex (grid flexibility software), and the Omniverse DSX Blueprint — the open framework for physically accurate AI factory digital twins.
Under his leadership, NVIDIA DSX has grown to include over 200 data center infrastructure partners, spanning compute, networking, power, cooling, and storage, creating the most comprehensive co-designed AI infrastructure ecosystem in the industry.
Mr. Troy previously held senior engineering and product leadership roles at NVIDIA spanning the full technology stack, including system software, CUDA, embedded systems, enterprise software, cloud infrastructure and services, data science platforms, and e-commerce.

Wil VanLoh – Quantum Capital Group (CEO and Chairman)
Wil founded Quantum Capital Group (formerly called Quantum Energy Partners) in 1998 and serves as the firm's CEO and Chairman of the firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee. He focuses his time overseeing the investment activities of the firm while also being actively engaged in setting firm strategy, fundraising, business development, and talent identification and development.
Prior to founding Quantum, Wil founded Windrock Capital, an energy investment banking firm specializing in raising private equity for and providing M&A advice to private energy companies. Early in his career, he worked in the energy investment banking groups of Kidder, Peabody & Co. and NationsBank. Wil holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University.
Wil has been married to his wife Jennifer for 31 years, they reside in Houston, TX, and have 3 adult daughters, 2 sons-in-law, and 2 grandchildren. Wil is actively engaged in civic and philanthropic leadership. He serves on the Board of Visitors of MD Anderson Cancer Center, the Advisory Board of Columbia University’s Center on Global Energy Policy, the Board of Directors of the Bettering Human Lives Foundation, and is Board Chairman of the Kingdom Giving Fund.
