Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to replace a crossarm and insulators and install guy anchors and eco-blocks around the Big Eddy-Chemawa No. 1 Structure 113/4. This structure was replaced with a temporary 3-pole wood structure after the landowner damaged beyond repair an existing steel lattice structure that was being utilized. The wood pole structure would be upgraded and stabilized to become a permanent fixture. Additionally, BPA would remove the damaged steel lattice structure and the buried footers used for the old structure.
