The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the availability of DOE's supplemental environmental impact statement (SEIS) for the Proposed Award of Credits to Pacific Gas and Electric Company for Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DOE/EIS-0555-S1). The SEIS assesses the potential environmental impacts of a proposal to award credits to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) under the Civil Nuclear Credit (CNC) Program for the continued operation of Diablo Canyon Power Plant Units 1 and 2 (DCPP) in San Luis Obispo County, California.
