DOE's Office of Environmental Management prepared a supplement analysis (SA) which analyzes whether the life extension of the Transuranic Waste Processing Center (TWPC) in Oak Ridge, Tennessee and the intake of transuranic (TRU) waste from off-site DOE facilities constitute substantial changes to the action proposed in the Final Environmental Impact Statement for Treating Transuranic (TRU)/Alpha Low-Level Waste at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, Tennessee (DOE/EIS-0305). This SA also analyzes whether there are significant new circumstances or information relevant to environmental effects compared to those presented in DOE/EIS-0305.
