Navajo Nation - Ojo Encino Chapter House: Examining Collaborative Management Structure for Success
This presentation will showcase the Navajo Nation Tribal Government - Ojo Encino Chapter’s residential distributed generation initiative as a blueprint for community-led renewable energy deployment. We will examine the project's collaborative management structure—combining local Tribal leadership, subrecipient expertise, and local electrical vendors to leverage and scale administrative, technical, and construction capacity resources.
