Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to fund the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) to conduct a geotechnical investigation on federal and private lands in Grant County, Oregon. The purpose of the geotechnical work is to help inform the design of the future Bull Run Creek River Mile (RM) 0.5 Fish Habitat Enhancement project.
