The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Field Office (HFO) and Cereza Energy Center LLC propose to construct a photovoltaic solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) facility (Cereza Energy Center or Facility) on the Hanford Site using a phased approach involving site characterization and environmental monitoring followed by design, construction, and operation of the Facility. On February 19, 2026, Hecate Energy Cereza LLC (Hecate) transferred the Facility to Cereza Energy Center LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Savion LLC.
