The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) based on the environmental assessment (EA) for East End Campus at the Y-12 National Security Complex, Oak Ridge, Tennessee (DOE/EA-2310). The EA assesses the potential environmental impacts of constructing and operating the East End Campus, which would provide a robust radiation case manufacturing capability to meet national security stockpile requirements, as well as support other Y-12 missions.
