SUMMARY: This class deviation updates the Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR) Part 919 - Small Business Programs to implement the changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19 - Small Business by the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) initiative and make other revisions as to the DEAR to implement the deregulatory and plain language requirements of Executive Order 14275 and Office of Management and Budget Memorandum M-25-26.
The DOE class deviation, DEAR parts 919 and 952 Deviation Text – Track Changes, DEAR parts 919 and 952 Deviation Text – Final, and the class deviation where DOE and NNSA adopted RFO FAR part 19 (including the FAR parts 19 and 52 Model Deviation Text and OMB Memorandum M-25-26, Overhauling the Federal Acquisition Regulation), are attached.
