This activity will be to perform the 751-1A roof replacement. Remove the old roofing system down to the concrete/metal decking. Install a vapor barrier on the concrete deck. Install new ISO board, dens deck, and 60 mil TPO membrane. Replace all gutters, downspouts, fascia, and drip edge.
