Supplemental EIS for Enhanced Plutonium Facility Utilization; Alameda County, California
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) amended the notice of availability for the National Nuclear Security Administration's (NNSA) Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) for Enhanced Plutonium Facility Utilization at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) in Livermore, California (DOE/EIS-0547-S1), tiered from the 2023 LLNL Site-Wide Environmental Impact Statement (DOE/EIS-0547). Revision made to the FR Notice published on May 22, 2026, included the removal of the review due date at the request of Lead Agency.
