Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR), proposes to replace the generator at Sherman Hill Communication Site in Albany County, Wyoming. The purpose of the project is to remove the existing indoor propane generator, install a new concrete foundation adjacent to the communications building, and install a new outdoor propane generator on the new foundation.
