The purpose of the action is to apply Categorical Exclusion (CX) B2.5 "Facility safety and environmental improvements," as a Generic CX within Environmental Review Forms (ERFs). Environmental considerations may include, but are not limited to: modifications to electrical systems and/or water systems, installation of monitoring equipment such as Oxygen Deficient alarms or Radiation monitors, or disposal of broken or unsafe equipment.
