The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) plans to lease approximately 785 acres of real property (Leasing Parcel B) at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PGDP) located in McCracken County, Kentucky.
DOE evaluated the action of the transfer of real property by lease (Leasing Parcel B). DOE intends to lease the land pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 7256 (c-f), known as the Hall Amendment, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act Section 120(h)(3)(A); and 10 CFR Part 770, Transfer of Real Property at Defense Nuclear Facilities for Economic Development.
