The Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) issued guidance for Federal departments and agencies on how to establish, revise, adopt, and apply categorical exclusions in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). This guidance replaces previous guidance on the same subject published November 23, 2010, which is hereby rescinded.
