The scope of the Kesselring Site Outfall 002 Redesign and Replacement Project consists of raising the bottom elevation of the Outfall 002 trench to eliminate the standing water that produces algae and the potential for turbulent discharges to the Glowegee Creek. This work includes the elimination of Outfall 002A and rerouting of upstream storm drainage to a new discharge location adjacent to Outfall 002.
