Matthew Van Dalen retired in 2023 following a career as a military attorney in the U.S. Air Force. He also served as an adjunct professor at LMU Law School starting in 2023, where he continues in a part time role as of this year. He also owns a farm. He received a B.S. in criminal justice from San Jose State University and a J.D. from Whittier Law School. Matthew is interested in civic, education and environmental issues. He lives in Sunbright, Tennessee.
