Install perimeter fencing around KCNSC Building 4. Fence will connect to existing one on the west side of the building and continue East. The fence will connect to Building 1 at the Southwest corner. Included will be a new driveway gate (sliding), turnstile, and pedestrian gate (MoC 5771, ICP 21273).
