Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is proposing to fund the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon (CTWSRO), in partnership with the Deschutes Land Trust, to engage in activities supporting the purchase of between about 3,000 to 4,000 acres on Trout Creek, northeast of Madras in Jefferson County, Oregon. BPA-funded activities would include surveys, property evaluation, contracts and funding match requirements in a public-private partnership to acquire the parcel.
