The U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR) is proposing to partner with the Department of Defense (DoD) to install a 10-refrigeration ton (10T) dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) at a Youth Center, owned and operated by the Naval Air Station, Key West (NAS, KW). The purpose of the project would be to demonstrate emerging technologies that provide distinct benefits and cost savings.
