Various glass, ceramic and composite materials are routinely fabricated and characterized at the Aiken County Technical Laboratory (Building 999-1W) in support of on-site and off-site customers. Fabrication and characterization methods to be used are described below along with the anticipated residue stream for each activity. Residues generated may result from materials originating at SRS, ACTL, or off-site.
