DOE ordered Yitahome to pay a $20,000 civil penalty after finding Yitahome had failed to certify that certain models of ceiling fans comply with the applicable energy conservation standard. The Order adopted a Settlement Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Yitahome.
