PF 2026-23 Class Deviation Supplement to Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 8 - Required Sources of Supplies and Services and Part 9 - Contractor Qualifications

SUMMARY:  This class deviation supplements the class deviations that implemented the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council’s model deviation text to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8 - Required Sources of Supplies and Services and Part 9 - Contractor Qualifications, which are part of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) initiated under Section 2 of Executive Order (E.O.) 14275, Restoring Common Sense to Federal Procurement. The class deviations that implemented the RFO model deviation texts for Part 8 and Part 9 are amended as described in the attached findings and determination.
