On November 25, 2025, the Department of Energy (DOE) issued emergency order 202-25-10, pursuant to section 202(c) of the Federal Power Act, to PJM Interconnection (PJM). The order directs PJM, in coordination with Constellation Energy, to ensure Units 3 and 4 of the Eddystone Generating Station in Pennsylvania remain available for operation. This order is in effect beginning on November 26, 2025, and continues until February 24, 2026.
