DOE, or any other Federal Entity, expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to take no action in respect of the materials submitted via the Common Investment Initial Screening Application.

The Common Investment Initial Screening Application is used for Loans, Loan Guarantees, or Equity Investments in Energy Infrastructure, Critical Mineral, or Material Projects. As you complete this screener, you will have the opportunity to select specific agencies that you would like to notify. When you complete the screener and press submit, all the information you entered will be sent to the agency or agencies you select. If there is an interest in your project, the agency will reach out to the point of contact you provide in your submission.
