Surplus Plutonium Disposition (SPD) has been erecting quonset huts in N-Area. Units that will be used for a process for 12 months or more must be "permitted" as insignificant activities for air regulations. SRO 8464 unit is being added to the Insignificant Activities list by the Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine (RICE) Subject Matter Expert (SME).
