Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to install new media converters, fiber, and appurtenances at the patch panel inside of BPA's existing Fort Rock Compensation Station (FORT) control house. BPA would also install a customer vault (CV) for Fort Rock Solar outside the FORT Substation fence on BPA fee-owned land.
