East River Electric Power Cooperative (ERC) is upgrading the Arlington Tap facility on the WAPA Watertown - Brookings 115 kV transmission line. WAPA will own and maintain the approach structures (close to existing structure locations) into the upgraded station to the new take-offs. WAPA may need to upgrade/adjust/shift/relocate two of the structures closest to the facility.
