The review of Respirable Crystalline Silica (RCS) assesses the effectiveness of programs and processes for implementation of a comprehensive RCS program. The focus of this CRAD is on RCS during tasks where personnel may be exposed to its hazards. Additionally, assessments can include an evaluation of the DOE field element’s process to assess the adequacy of procedures and the implementation of the contractor’s RCS program.
