Characterization of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) source area soil contamination, well installation, and volatile organic compound (VOC) vadose zone soil sampling to determine if clean-up levels have been met and the soil vapor extraction (SVE) system can be shut down and/or converted to a BaroBall SVE system. Revision 0 included the installation of one monitoring well and the drilling and abandonment of 14 soil borings. Revision 1 adds the drilling and abandonment of two additional soil borings to help evaluate residual VOCs in the vadose zone. Revision 2 adds 15 locations (7 borings, 7 CPT pushes, and 1 monitoring well).
