CX-033620: Addition on connection Tees on the Domestic Water line in the TEF Truck Bay and in the Admin building

The addition of the two Tees on the Domestic Water line would allow for easy connection points if access to domestic water is needed. The Tees will include the addition of an isolation valve on the DW line.
